How Oxi-Clear Works: A Technological Leap

The Oxi-Clear system integrates two powerful processes into one seamless unit:

Advanced Oxidation (AOP)

We take pride in our engineered peroxone process. This creates a highly reactive environment that rapidly oxidizes organic pollutants (BOD/COD), disinfects pathogens, and breaks down color and recalcitrant compounds that are resistant to biological treatment.

Simultaneous Nutrient Precipitation

Coupled with the oxidation, a proprietary chemical process precipitates ammonia and phosphates directly from the wastewater. This short-circuits the conventional Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) process, eliminating the need for large anoxic/anaerobic tanks and long retention times.
